ILIM" is an educational center in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic. Its new premises include a college, fitness, Spa, and co-working areas. It is intended to be the core of the entire educational center and, through its multifunctionality, to become a place of attraction and formation of new standards of education and development.
A bright, memorable image of a building should define a unique "atmosphere of the place", building a community around itself, bound by common interests and values, cultivating the ideals of self-development, fruitful interaction, and an active lifestyle.

With direct access from the changing rooms, the light and airy sports swimming pool has a triple water treatment system and strict water temperature requirements of 27-30 degrees Celsius.

A glass partition around the pool ensures that children can exercise safely. This design solution makes it possible to monitor the safety of young athletes and their technique.

The gym reflects all the trends in the fitness industry. Special attention has been paid to the needs of people with disabilities.
The impressive design adds an extra dynamic to any workout.

An ingenious system of retractable stands and the possibility of viewing the pitch from the upper floors make it possible to host not only ball sports competitions but also school and student events.

Focus has been made on the youngest visitors. A cozy games room makes it possible to organize educational activities and games.

A well-thought-out internal logistics system makes it easy to move around the multifunctional sports building.

The storage system is designed according to the standards of leading American schools.

A Spa center that offers the ultimate in relaxation and beauty. Individual cubicles provide a sense of privacy and comfort, and treatment areas are designed for maximum ease of use. The interior features rounded walls and stained glass, designer upholstery, and custom lighting.

The sauna, which overlooks the garden, provides a sense of relaxation and a breath of fresh air.

The coworking area for young professionals channels a modern lifestyle and revolves around the idea of human centricity, aiming to help people realize their creative ideas and achieve their goals.

The College is designed in line with the latest trends.
